Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Happy Hour Map mobile application operated by Happy Hour Map ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
Happy Hour Map is intended for users who are 21 years of age or older. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old.
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
2. Accuracy of Information
Happy hour times, prices, and deals displayed in the app are sourced from publicly available data and may not always be current or accurate. We make no warranty that the information is error-free. Always confirm deals with the venue directly before visiting.
3. Premium Business Listings
Bars and restaurants may purchase a Premium Listing to appear more prominently in the app. The following terms apply to Premium Listings:
- Monthly subscriptions: Billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and your listing will remain active through the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
- Annual subscriptions: Billed annually. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the first 7 days from the date of purchase.
- We reserve the right to remove any Premium Listing that violates these Terms or contains false or misleading information.
- Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to current subscribers.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code comprising Happy Hour Map is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information will be accurate or complete.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Hour Map shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on any venue information displayed.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users by posting the updated Terms with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
